You can’t beat a showcase of annoyingly young and talented design graduates to give you an inferiority complex and at this time of year they are rife, the horrible little swines. Not that we’re complaining too much, the undeniable pleasure of witnessing the future of British design is too good to miss and the cream of the crop at the University of Brighton never fail to disappoint. This years ‘BA(Hons) Graphic Design & BA(Hons) Illustration’ graduate show runs until Thursday so if you are in the area make an effort to get down, if not then check out the online showcase that includes, amongst others, Rob Matthews with his printed Wikipedia, a ‘dysfunctional physical form’ of the online encyclopedia that wonderfully demonstrates the benefits of online resource.
