Hating to state the glaringly obvious, but the end of yet another rather nonexistent summer is drawing ever closer, it’s dark by 9 and we can’t remember the last 24 hours without rain. The pessimist in us has already been making plans for the winter, and with a pretty significant New Year on the horizon, it’s a thought a few of you may also have had. Reopening for the skiing season on December 1st, the Copperhill Mountain Lodge, situated in the charming ski resort of Åre, is the perfect place to enjoy a ridiculously chic winter break. If you’re already bemoaning the lack of another English summer and dreaming of winter luxe then this is the place for you. Us, well we’re just hoping that writing this feature brings the contrary British sun out for one last stint…..
