This is undoubtedly an expensive item and it doesn't have to be. But this is still great! Use it as inspiration. I'd imagine that you could build one yourself with a little planning and a $3,000(US) gift card to a supply yard. And if you built it yourself, you could easily include a wet bar and plasma TV.
