As the hype for the World Cup continues to build pace, it’s great to see an age old tradition being given a new lease of life. The humble football sticker is a nostalgic trip down memory lane for any footy fan… and, in a bid to raise money for his local hospital who helped his newly born daughter through a potentially dangerous birth, illustrator Elliott Quince is doing just that by hand-painting 32 of the world’s top players onto canvas for his ‘Got, got, got need!‘ project, which will then be exhibited at The Offside Gallery, Islington throughout the duration of the tournament…..
