Launched at the beginning of this year in Paris, Acne‘s debut furniture collection – a range of sofas and armchairs based upon Carl Malmsten’s 1949 icon, the New Berlin Sofa – is being shown this week at London’s iconic Liberty department store. The first time the collection has been shown in the UK in it’s entirety. Alongside the Swedish fashion house’s original denim upholstery, the exhibition also features a bespoke Kvadrat fabric alongside a Liberty Print created especially for the collaboration.
