He was once Bowie’s official photographer, and is known as “The Man Who Shot the Seventies” but that doesn’t mean that an exhibition of Mick Rock‘s work will be your typical 70s rock retrospective, yes there’s the likes of Syd Barrett, Iggy Pop and Bryan Ferry, but with recent subjects including Karen O, Daft Punk, Lady Gaga and of course Kate Moss – the world’s most rock and roll supermodel was the subject of a recent exhibition entitled ‘Rock n Roll Kate’- the iconic photographer’s biggest UK show to date is truly a walk through 4 decades of debauchery.
