Food For Real Film Festival; Liverpool

Until 25 November

Food For Real Film Festival; Liverpool

Across 5 days and 9 venues, the folk at Food for Real Film Festival are out to prove that the relationship between movies and scran doesn’t begin and end with popcorn and super-sized soft drinks. Growers, makers and eaters are encouraged to come on down, and revel in high spirits and diverse movies (features, shorts, animations and documentaries alike) – whilst there’s talk of the “social, cultural and political impacts of the foods we grow, imagine and eat”… it’s pretty eclectic stuff, and sounds nothing short of utterly fascinating. Design work comes courtesy of our friends at SB Studio too – so it all looks just as good as it sounds.

Food For Real Film Festival; Liverpool, at a variety of Liverpool venues (check the website for details); Running until 25th November. Free event but bookings are essential for some shows and activities
