Should you experience the familiar mid-week lull, head over to the Institute of Contemporary Arts next Wednesday for the opening of Juergen Teller’s Woo. Presenting images of Lily Cole, Kurt Cobain and Vivienne Westwood amongst many others, the exhibition is a journey through his fashion and commercial photography work from the ’90s. The showcase of Teller – who photographed a 15 year old Kate Moss and Sinéad O’Connor for her single Nothing Compares 2 U, and is considered one of the most important photographers of his generation – will also feature a range of his books.

London Art Fair 2013

Modern British art meets contemporary art at the 25th edition of London Art Fair. With over 130 galleries from the both the UK and overseas representing over 1,000 artists, the work on display covers the the early 20th century to the present day. There will also be two curated sections throughout the fair – Art Projects and Photo50 – which will provide visitors with an insight not only on new work but contemporary photography, and an extensive programme of talks and performances will provide the respite you need if it all becomes a little too much…

Leeds Print Festival

Born from a love of print, Leeds Print Festival returns this weekend for its second year. Having curated a mixed programme of exhibitions, events, workshops and talks, the festival is set to be bigger and better than last year. Saturday’s Print Fair features a myriad of talent and hosting the Print Talks on Sunday will be Alan Kitching, Matthew The Horse and The Print Project. Can’t make it along to either? Worry not, The Print Exhibition will run for the duration of the festival.

Having spent the last three and a half years opening up their studio to welcome a variety of talented peeps, the monthly storytelling night – Campfire – returns this evening with Alex Fleetwood, Founder of game design studio Hide&Seek. As well as imparting his knowledge and wise words, Hide&Seek will be showcasing a series of site-specific Tiny Games and an exclusive exhibition of its first Kinect-enabled game, Searchlight.
